Collaboration Cake is one of my all-time favourites as the flavours have the ability to bring a whole group of people together. Each ingredient is essential in ensuring it rises into a light and fluffy cake. As with all recipes practise makes perfect and spices and additional ingredients can be added - some may enhance the taste others may be less successful.
